We get a number of scenes of Emma Corrin as Cassandra Nova within the trailer. Within the comics, Nova is the evil twin sister of Charles Xavier, who we all know as Professor X. Whereas within the womb, Xavier turned conscious of his evil counterpart, who was extra of an “anti-self” (an entity that was equal and reverse to himself). Xavier destroyed Nova within the womb, inflicting his mom to provide delivery to a stillborn. Nevertheless, Nova survived as a clump of cells and slowly regenerated her physique till she was entire and devoted her life to killing her brother. Yikes. She is an arch-nemesis of the X-Males. For individuals who watch X-Males ’97, Nova was the one accountable for the Genosha genocide within the comics, and is a fundamental piece of the “Xavier in area” storyline as effectively, so I am hoping that the cartoon present will tie into Deadpool & Wolverine.
