These agents that are after my friend are after him because they violated his rights so they want to arrest him to discredit him . That's why there needs to be an agency where the public can go to for help if law enforcement commits crimes agents the public or abused there authority over the public .this agency must have the powers to investigate charge and arrest and prosecute law enforcement from the federal level all the way down to the local level if they commit crimes ageanst the public right now there is no such agency .right now if you have a problem with law enforcement you got to go to law enforcement.that that is absurd.this agencys job will be to police law enforcement.rightnow law enforcement policies it self that is absurd also . That's why we have a lot of abuse of authority and corruption. Right now law enforcement doesn't pay for their crimes but they make sure that the rest of us do pay for our . That is not equal rights .these agents now there going to get away with there crimes because there buddies will do the investigation .. but if we had this agency they will not get away with there crimes.
