Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree approving the “Protocol
on amending the Word of honour dated February 7, 2007 between the
Executive of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Executive of
Georgia at the rules and situations of financing, design,
building, rehabilitation-reconstruction and operation of the
railway division from Marabda to the border of the Republic of
