Big rig plows into Texas Department of Public Safety office in apparent “intentional” act, injuring multiple people, officials say

An enormous rig plowed right into a Texas Division of Public Security workplace in an obvious “intentional” act, injuring a number of folks, officers stated Friday. 

The 18-wheeler was stolen and crashed into the workplace in Brenham, about 75 miles west of Houston, in a “deliberate, heinous act,” stated Texas State Sen. Lois Kolkhorst in an announcement on social media. 

Three people have been life-flighted with vital accidents and three different patrons have been transported to native hospitals in steady situation, Kolkhorst stated.

Kolkhorst, who represents the realm, stated that no DPS staff suffered critical accidents and one staffer was trapped “for a time frame” within the constructing.  

Texas DPS officers stated an arrest has been made. Texas Rangers might be dealing with the investigation.
