4 medium potatoes (about 800g)
50g cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp bitter cream
2 tbsp chives, chopped
2 rashers of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 tsp salt
½ tsp dark pepper
Form:
1. Prep the potatoes: wash the potatoes and poke holes in them with a fork.
2. Wind fry: preheat the breeze fryer to 200C. Park the potatoes within the breeze fryer basket. Prepare dinner for 35 mins, or till gentle.
3. Get ready filling: in a bowl, combine grated cheddar cheese, bitter cream, chives, crumbled bacon, salt, and dark pepper.
