ہمارے ملک میں جعلی نقلی اور ملاوٹ والی اشیا استعمال کر کے 55 سال عمر کے بعد کام کرنے کی استعداد بہت کم ہو جاتی ہے ۔ اس لیے ریٹائرمنٹ کی عمر 62 یا 65 سال کرنے سے الٹا مالیاتی نقصان ہو گا ۔
62 یا 65 سال تک تنخواہیں بھی تو پینشن سے زیادہ دینی پڑیں گی ۔ اس کے علاوہ پینشن بھی زیادہ بنے گی جس سے خزانے پر زیادہ بوجھ پڑے گا ۔

For Government of Pakistan Employees For Pension Fund I suggested in past that Each pak Government institute should make a provision for the Retirement of employees ( Gratuity fund/ Monthly pension) for this they have to generate monthly provisional expens on total amount of Govt employees Salary ( Monthly basis) this will generate a Huge Fund available at the end for Government to meet pension and service End Brnefits. But monthly basis this provisional amount deducted from employee salary and contributed by Employer ( Government of Pakistan) this should be invested in may be in Gold purchse or other investment fund where year by year this fund will grow ( Suggestion to create provision for Pension and End service Benefits for Government employees) RGS🎤😀
