Like an idiot I let my son get on the ride you stand in that goes round fast and flips on its side. He got dizzy and passed out and the belt almost slipped completely off of him. He was almost laying down. I screamed at the operator who wasnt even watching the ride. He hollers into the mic don't no body move. And the ride had to slow down before it could be stopped. I tell you I thought my son was gonna be a tumble weed inside that ride. By God's grace he lived to tell me what happened to him. He had looked down while spinning and passed right out. So, I didnt let him on anymore high rides. The minute of thrill isnt worth risking your life over. I could of watched my son get killed right before my eyes cause I was not being a responsible parent. Even those around the ride on the ground are in danger. That debri could of easily killed people on the ground.

most of these attractions are run by super sketchy "carnies" that couldn't give two shits about the safety of the people riding the rides – i think there should be some type of law where every carnival employee has to ride every one of their rides open to public before each opening of the fair.

Brilliant! All arranged to give them a REAL thrill and the wimps didn't realise or appreciate it.
Such rides done really scare anyone. That is how you do it…..and no one got hurt.

In the 1990's I went on a ride called the zipper. It goes up and down and revolves around in a circle. The ride lasted too long for me. When we stepped off the ride and took about three steps a huge pulley fell down right behind us. I never got on a carnival ride again!!!!

I've been to West Palm Beach fairgrounds idk how many years and never seen a baffling scene like this before. Those rides weren't new either, but I have never seen a ride fall apart like this let along while people are on it. Imagine being on a ride and having the person next to you decapitated by a piece of metal that flew off. Nightmare fuel XD
