Let me get it straight 1.If pak wants to have any trade with India, they must move away their forces from POK and Azad Kashmir, 2. If IMF grants 8 billion dollars to pak, they will not use it for development, rather buy mew tanks and weapons and attack India, we have not forgotten 1971 war. IMF has to be careful and can spend that money on those African countries wer malnutrition is killing young children and people.. 3. How many of my brothers who were hero's (Indian Army) died during those 3 wars, IND GOVT AND IMF has to rethink about that 8 billion $ aid.
