Singapore maritime conglomerate BW Workforce is isolating its offshore oil and fuel corporate BW Power from its transport companies as a part of a company restructuring.
The Andreas Sohmen-Pao-led Workforce owns just about 75% of BW Power following a compulsory do business in to buy stocks from its FPSO specialist BW Offshore.
