Three males have been taken to hospital with severe accidents following a collision in Co Kilkenny on Thursday night.
Gardaí attended the scene of the collision on the M9 southbound in Co Kilkenny at roughly 7.35pm on Thursday.
The collision, involving two automobiles, occurred between junction 8 and 9 southbound.
The driving force and passenger of 1 automotive, each males of their thirties, had been taken to hospital for severe accidents and each are understood to be in essential situation.
The driving force of the second automotive, a person in his 20s, can also be receiving medical therapy for severe accidents.
Gardaí are interesting to anybody who might have witnessed this incident to contact them.
Any one who was travelling on the M9 northbound or southbound in Kilkenny yesterday night between 7.00pm and eight.00pm and who might have digital camera footage (together with sprint cam) is requested to contact investigating Gardaí.
