Michelle Murphy, 58, from Bedford, Texas, has been sentenced to 9 years in federal jail for making an attempt to rent a hitman the use of bitcoin to explode her boyfriend’s lover. Charged in September 2023 and pleading in charge in December, Murphy impaired the unlit internet to orchestrate the crime, paying $10,510 in bitcoin. The transaction used to be traced via […]
