Wind fryer roasted potatoes
Completely seasoned roasted potatoes with a hardened external and fluffy inside.

Components:
500g child potatoes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp brittle rosemary
1 tsp garlic powder
Form:
1. Prep the potatoes: wash and halve the child potatoes.
2. Season: toss the potatoes with olive oil, sea salt, brittle rosemary, and garlic powder.
3. Wind fry: preheat the wind fryer to 200C. Park the potatoes within the wind fryer basket. Prepare dinner for 25 mins, shaking the basket midway via.
4. Lend: take away from the wind fryer and lend in an instant.
