There isn't a military in the world that is going to have a "3rd party" conduct an investigation during combat operations. This is particularly the case with any media organization. The decision on a strike like this is made quickly – often in minutes or less between the fire(s) coordinator & unit commander. A military organization is never going to walk through these procedures within an agency outside their government.
If the IDF chain of command & Israeli government accepts the review then then that's it done. The next step is a formal command or inspector general investigation.
The UN, particularly UNRWA, is compromised & should not be allowed to continue operations in Gaza.
The Gaza Health ministry is part of Hamas … but even using their data, the IDF is ratio of civilian to Hamas KIA is 2-1, lower than any other militaryin urban combat.

Why is there a never ending story about the aids worker? Israel admitted it, investigate the incident and went into action.
Alone in the year 2022, which was the most violent year against aids workers; 1,989 total reported incidents of violence against health facilities and health workers most of those incidents where in Ukraine by Russia and in Myanmar in the last civil war…where where the world and UN on this? Here some facts:
704 incidents where health facilities were destroyed or damaged
232 health workers killed
298 health workers kidnapped
294 health workers arrested.

The recent deliberate targeting and killing humanitarian aid workers from organizations like World Central Kitchen is simply another way to ensure destitute Palestinians suffer.
Obliterating the entire Palestinian medical infrastructure – by deliberately targeting and destroying their hospitals under the pretext of disrupting Hamas operations – is simply a means to ensure the devastation is permanent.
And as for those that claim all of the recent Israeli atrocities are because of “Hamas”…please note that if Netanyahu’s government hadn’t supported Hamas for so long in order to siphon power from the PLO and derail efforts towards the creation of a Palestinian state, getting rid of them would be a lot easier.
To be clear. Netanyahu and his party propped up Hamas – the very group that attacked on Oct 7 – because it suited their objectives at the time.
And for the record, despite what appears to be intentional disregard for history, this “war” didn’t start Oct 7th.
Yes Hamas is terrible and does terrible things. No question.
However the Israeli objective appears to be the eradication of the Palestinian presence in the region. They want the Palestinians gone, their people decimated and their culture erased so that Israel can finally lay claim to the entire area.
And thanks to the influence of pro Israeli lobbying groups like AIPAC, the US government is complicit in the atrocities Israel is committing.

Palestinian media reports Hamas did not like or trust World Central Kitchen aid group. Apparently many of WCK workers were former military people from western countries. Given that, it is not beyond belief that Hamas set this up. They would get rid of aid people they were suspicious of and get hell rained on Israel for the strike. May or may not be actual, but when you ask yourself who benefits, it could be.
